Intuitive Movement comes together with Colour and Sound to honour your Inner Dancer. If you can't dance - you'll love this workshop! Let your body tell you how it wants to move. Come into centredness and stillness through moving prayer and meditation in Sacred Circle Dancing. Suitable for all ages, stages, and levels of fitness.
